Change is difficult, and culture change even more so. It requires patience, vulnerability, and a continued openness to grow in knowledge and wisdom, individually and in community.  My desire is to work with individuals, organizations, and communities to  create safe, dynamic, and interactive environments where there is opportunity to engage in authentic dialogue, challenge complacency, promote humility, and move forward in hope.
